01. About ordering

Changing your order

Due to the nature of our online shop system, we are unable to accept any changes to your order after it has been confirmed (such as quantity changes, partial cancellations, changes to color and design, changes to delivery date and time, shipping address, or payment method). Please note that we are also unable to accept additional orders for orders that have already been processed.

Cancellation of orders

Regarding product arrival schedule

We are unable to inform you of the restocking schedule for products (sizes) that are out of stock (SOLD OUT) on our online shop as it varies by product and is undecided, but we will notify you by email when the product is restocked. If you would like to be notified by email when the product is restocked, an email address entry form will be displayed on the out of stock (SOLD OUT) product, so please proceed with the procedure from there.

Regarding the color of the purchased product and the color of the image on the online shop
